VibeFeed is a small social app for closed circles of friends. By creating an account or using VibeFeed you accept these terms. Please read them, they are short and written to be understood.
Who can use VibeFeed
You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeFeed. You must create your account with truthful information, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. The service is provided by Deniz Filikci, contact: official@vibefeed.dk.
Your content
What you share, meaning posts, images, videos, comments, stories and messages, is yours. You grant us only the technical right to store and display your content to the people you share it with, so the service can function. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others or the law.
Content and conduct rules: zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. It is not permitted to share content or behave in ways that include:
- harassment, bullying or threats against others
- hate speech or discrimination
- nudity or sexually offensive material
- violence or incitement to violence
- sharing other people's private information without consent
- spam, fraud or misleading content
- illegal content of any kind
The app also has an automatic word filter that rejects offensive words in names and texts.
Reporting and blocking
If you see objectionable content, you can report it directly from the menu on a post, a comment, a message or a story. You can also block a user, and you will then no longer see each other's content. We review reports and remove objectionable content, and eject the users responsible, within 24 hours.
Enforcement
If you break these rules we may remove content, restrict features or close your account. For serious or repeated violations this happens without notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Edit profile → Delete account. Your profile and content are then removed permanently, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
VibeFeed is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or freedom from errors. We are not responsible for content shared by users, but we enforce the rules above when we become aware of violations.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app. If you use VibeFeed after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
